OUR PROCESS
PRE-PRODUCTION
During pre-production, we want to learn everything about you and your product. Who is your audience? What is your brand voice? What are you trying to accomplish? What is your dog’s name? (O.K., maybe we don’t need to know your dog’s name, but seriously, the more we know, the better!) We believe that our success relies on us being aligned, both in creative vision and strategy.
Following this, we will present you with a unique and creative concept, and with your sign-off, begin closing in on details like location, props, and any other shoot-day necessities.
PRODUCTION
We love shoot days! This is where we get to be hands-on with your products and watch our joint vision come to life.
POST-PRODUCTION
This is where we polish and put the finishing touches on your images or video. Our team is vastly experienced with editing software and has access to 1000s of graphics to bring your concept to life.

Every product is different, and every client has unique needs. Because of this, pricing varies from project to project. We’re committed to creating a project outline and pricing structure that reflects you and your goals. Contact us for a quote!
FAQ
What are your payment terms?
Nostalgic Products requires a signed contract along with a 50% deposit at the onset of any project. The remaining half of your invoice must be paid before content will be released.
What is your turnaround time?
In general, project creation from start-to-finish requires anywhere from 10 days to 30 days, depending on the scale and scope of work.
If you have a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet it!
Do you return my products?
Products will be returned upon request. If you would like your product back, please let us know, and we will include return shipping costs in your initial invoice.
How do I get started?
Please fill out a creative brief or contact form. From there, we will be in touch to discuss next steps. Exciting, isn’t it?!
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel is included for jobs in the Salt Lake Valley. For jobs outside of this area, travel fees— including gas, plane tickets, travel time, etc.—will be discussed and incorporated in your initial invoice.
Are equipment costs included?
Nostalgic Productions has a wide array of equipment on hand for use. This equipment does not come at an extra cost and is part of the package when you choose to work with us.
If you have special requests for specific types of equipment, or if your shoot requires specialized equipment, these costs will be discussed and included in your initial invoice.
