Every project is unique and comes with its own framework. In order to understand the scope of work and provide you with an accurate quote, we need to know as much about your vision as possible.

What are your payment terms?
Nostalgic Productions requires a signed contract along with a 50% deposit at the onset of any project. The remaining half of your invoice must be paid before content will be released.
What is your turnaround time?
In general, project creation from start-to-finish requires anywhere from 10 days to 30 days, depending on the scale and scope of work.
If you have a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet it!
Do you return my products?
Products will be returned upon request. If you would like your product back, please let us know, and we will include return shipping costs in your initial invoice.
How do I get started?
We’ll ask you to fill out a short creative brief so we can understand what you’re looking for and quote your project! It’s important to put as much detail on your brief as possible to ensure we’re all on the same page!
Do you charge travel fees?
A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 30min drive from Brisbane.
This will be calculated during pre-production
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued.
This is why your brief is SO important. However, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.
