Your video will be unlike anything else out there! Because of this, there is no “one price fits all” structure for projects. In order to provide you with a quote, we ask that you fill out the creative brief below in as much detail as possible.
If you’re unable to answer a question, no worries. Do your best, and we will discuss any uncertainties when we reach out.
FAQ
What are your payment terms?
Nostalgic Products requires a signed contract along with a 50% deposit at the onset of any project. The remaining half of your invoice must be paid before content will be released.
What is your turnaround time?
In general, project creation from start-to-finish requires anywhere from 10 days to 30 days, depending on the scale and scope of work.
If you have a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet it!
Do you return my products?
Products will be returned upon request. If you would like your product back, please let us know, and we will include return shipping costs in your initial invoice.
How do I get started?
Please fill out a creative brief or contact form. From there, we will be in touch to discuss next steps. Exciting, isn’t it?!
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel is included for jobs in the Salt Lake Valley. For jobs outside of this area, travel fees— including gas, plane tickets, travel time, etc.—will be discussed and incorporated in your initial invoice.
Are equipment costs included?
Nostalgic Productions has a wide array of equipment on hand for use. This equipment does not come at an extra cost and is part of the package when you choose to work with us.
If you have special requests for specific types of equipment, or if your shoot requires specialized equipment, these costs will be discussed and included in your initial invoice.
